Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Exchange: Exchanges are only allowed under the following conditions:
You received the wrong product.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
Exchange Conditions:
Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the product.
You must share an unboxing as well as inboxing video and product pictures (before and after packing) to be eligible for an exchange.
In case of wrong product delivery, we will verify with our shipping partners, which may take up to 2 days from the date of delivery.
The value of the exchanged product must be equal to or higher than the original purchase.
Shipping for Exchange:
Return pickup will be arranged by us, pickup duration/ time may vary depending on your location.
Product Condition:
Products must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
All products received in the package must be sent back as is.
A proof of purchase must be provided.
Color Disclaimer: The color of the product may vary due to differences in device brightness and camera quality.
Once your request is reviewed and accepted, we will provide return shipping instructions.
Products sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. And in such cases, refunds will not be given and shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Refunds for Exchanges
