Shipping Charges:

Shipping within India varies depending on the location and weight of your order.
If express shipping is requested by the customer, the charges will be more than the normal shipping.
Free shipping is available for all prepaid orders and for purchases above INR 2,500.

Estimated Delivery Time:

Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days and delivered within 8-14 business days from the date of order confirmation, unless otherwise specified on the product details page or in case of unforeseen circumstances.
For customized products (e.g., blouse stitching), an additional 7-10 business days may be required.

Shipping Partners:

We use the most reliable courier services, including Bluedart, Shiprocket, Delhivery, and DTDC.

Order Processing and Dispatch:

Prepaid orders: Dispatched without any confirmation call.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Our dispatch team will contact you for confirmation before shipping.
If there is no response within 3 days of our first attempt for COD orders, the order will be canceled.

Address Modifications:

No change in address will be accepted once the order is placed.

Urgent Orders:

For urgent deliveries, please contact the Taani Bani team prior to placing your order to confirm expedited delivery options.

Delivery Issues:

In case you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 24 Hours of delivery as shipping partners have a 2-day timeline for resolving delivery disputes.

Delays:

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If your order is delayed beyond 2 weeks, we will contact you to confirm if you wish to proceed with the order.

Order Packaging:

The products we deliver, are packed with utmost care. They are first wrapped in a plastic bag and then kept in a saree cover, or a cloth bag. The double packaging is to prevent product damage. Although, if the product is damaged due to some unforeseen circumstances, please follow the instructions given in Taani Bani’s return and exchange policy available on the website.
